Custom Float Services lands largest project in its history
Portland, Maine -- Custom Float Services is teaming up with Port Harbor Marine in South Portland to completely rebuild a Newport, R.I. marina.
Custom Float Services employees are in the process of building 5 x 40-foot finger floats for the 64-slip marina. Port Harbor Marine is building the concrete floats. The project exceeds $500,000 in value.
In the spring, Custom Float Services employees will travel to Rhode Island to install the floats, according to Custom Float President Charles A. Poole.
